About Inuka "Death is robbing us our leaders. The only way to cheat death is by raising more leaders." Gowi Odera. That is what Inuka Leadership program is about. Raising servant leaders. Africa and the world at large is in need of great leaders who think beyond themselves and think about helping people grow beyond what they could have thought possible. The possibilities and opportunities they see are not for self gratification but for leading people to that place where they can realize their full potential. As Inuka, we do not want to complain about poor leadership that we see in Africa. We choose to be a solution. The students who go through Inuka Leadership will be exemplary leaders in whichever field they are thrust. Led by Joe Gachira and a strong dedicated team of 8 leaders, this team is driven by the desire to develop highly effective leaders who will engage others to achieve results. The team has had 7 training sessions and are getting ready for Season 8. Our desire as Inuka is to saturate Africa with bold, purpose-driven servant leaders by engaging the young leaders in mind-transforming training and mentorship.
